About Me
I'm Denester, and I'm a ProfessionalParkour Athlete
Hello there!
I’m Denester / CP, and I have been practicing Parkour for 12 years. I am currently on a quest to make a living out of my passion. I travelled the world to teach, perform, and participate in different events and competitions. I have also worked in various shoots & commercials as a Parkour stunt actor.
I have great ambitions to grow the Parkour scene regionally. This is why I am the Vice President of Parkour Singapore and the event director of Lion City Gathering – the biggest Parkour event in Asia.
With 7 years of coaching experience, I am also proud to be the second person in Asia to have attained the ParkourEDU certification, and I wish to share the positivity of Parkour and my expertise to budding practitioners.
